Micah celebrated his 4th (!) birthday on February 14. He has always been my tender-hearted, high-energy, fun-loving sweet boy. From the day he was born and required an ER visit for decreased breath sounds as a result of a prolonged screaming fit brought on by my brief absence (showering of all things!), to his first contagious laughter at dogs and funny voices, to the sleepless nights and early mornings, to learning how to run before walking, to the infamous green basket knight helmet, to motor cycle riding on campus, to the amazing, energetic, sweet, imaginative 4 year old that I have now - Micah has always been my heart. I love him dearly.

On his birthday he woke up to presents to begin our festivities.
Then we met family and friends at Chuck-E-Cheese's for fun and food. This was a great place for Micah to celebrate his birthday - he's vehemently opposed to all the normal organized party games. The wildness, chaos, and fun of this atmosphere fit him perfectly. [I love B's face in this pic - Hmm, to hand over more tokens or not?] And Micah couldn't get enough of the cousin action. He mostly ran around watching people, playing, pulling on Isaac, and generally being wild.
